CLAIM OF INSURANCE

Acceptance of Terms

The following are terms created between you and sfsworks Online Services Pvt. Ltd. (“SFSWORKS”). All information appearing on the SFSWORKS Services, including the Website and Mobile Apps are the property of SFSWORKS. The terms implied are controlled and amended by SFSWORKS. THESE TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME, EFFECTIVE UPON POSTING OF THE POLICY.

All users/claimants are hereby notified that any claim done against the damaged Product during the service has to be escalated immediately to the Helpline Number.

SfsWorks will not accept or process any claim that is done beyond 24hours since the time of damage.

Please Note – Our Sfsworks partners will only reimburse claims if the claimant is able to prove the value of the product with an official document/invoice.

During completion of Service or nearing completion, every user is required to examine any signs of damaged product.

All users have to identify the damage if any, while our Partner is present. Post receiving this information from User regarding the same; SfsWork will acknowledge the same and proceed for further findings.

Processing of claim would ideally take 4-6 weeks depending on the issue. However, this is not a final time period since the process may take longer depending on the findings. However, the settlement of any claim cannot be taken until the person who was responsible for the damage has paid all the invoices that pertain to the service under a claim.

The amount for claim will be upto Rs.10,000/- and will be applicable for users who have made payments Online only. Insurance cover will be approved only after service partner consent. In few cases, we may send our representative to visit the customer and check on the damage. Based on this, decision will be taken. This situation has to be reported immediately to the Customer Support Helpline Number. Beyond the immediate action, this claim will be rejected.

If you have availed service for less than Rs. 10,000/-, you will be eligible for the lesser amount (service paid amount) for compensation against the damaged product. Lesser amount will be considered for the claim.

The Insurance claim is applicable against damage of product during any service. User can’t claim the cost for faulty item which was already damaged before the service.

The claim will not be considered if a user has taken up service directly with our SfsWork partner without undertaking booking with us. Also, if a customer has cancelled one service after being assigned a SfsWork Vendor and calls the same person after couple of days and takes up the service without reaching out to us, in such cases also Claim cannot be done for any damage.

In cases where user has booked service for one category and has availed the service and on the other hand, the user has requested our SfsWork partner to inspect or deliver service of another category that they are not registered with us, SfsWork will not accept this claim.
